Sick Saturday

It's a beautiful spring Saturday and I am not only sick but sitting inside working. This would really suck if it wasn't for the fact that I'm reviewing the re-release of the letlive. album "Fake History", out on April 11. The album which contains three new tracks is something way out of the ordinary and if you've missed the L.A. band before here's a (sick) taste of what they do:

Euro season

Spring is here and with it a fever spreads across Europe - hitting Sweden and Germany particularly bad. Some cheer whilst most sigh as the well-known circus of political voting, fake postcards and terrible musical acts we know as The Eurovision Song Contest starts all over again.

The competition doesn't take place until the 14th of May but fans are counting the days already. Today the one country that, apart from Italy and Austria (who declined participation for a few years, blaming the corrupt (!) and unfair voting system), year after year rolls its eyes in utter disgust at the event released the official video for their entry.

The UK, placing last year after year after competing with forced entries taking the piss out of the whole affair are in for a 180. Because this year, things are about change. Watch and learn, Sweden.
